OVERSEER APOSTLE JENNIFER MOODY

Apostle Jennifer Moody is the Founder and Pastor of Divine Intervention Ministry (DIOM) located in Columbia, SC.When Apostle Moody was a teenager, after a domestic violence murder at her neighbor’s house she began to take care of the neighbor’s children. She would be sure their house was clean, cooked and groomed each child. Apostle Moody knew God’s hands were on her as a young child but did not understand how He was covering her. She knew God was there but she still encountered several dysfunctional and domestic violent relationships herself. This stream of battles engulfed her life until she was twenty-four years old. At the age of twenty-five she realized that she was different from many young adults her age. God had spoken to her heart and grew her passion for taking care of those hat were less fortunate. Apostle Moody remembered her childhood experiences of taking care of others and knew God would equip her to use those gifts in ministry. Just as Apostle Moody begin to see herself growing in Christ, she had a discouragement. She was diagnosed with endometriosis. After many surgeries there was no success of healing. This caused Apostle Moody financial loses and the losing of her current business. Apostle Moody used her relationship with God to see the future joy in her situation. She went on an extensive fast and prayer with several people. She knew God’s promises and His declaration of healing for her life. God had provided Apostle Moody an absolute miracle of healing.
Following the call of God upon her life, Apostle Moody was baptized in 2003 by Bishop T.D. Taylor while attending Greater Carolina. She then in 2005, begin to attend Bible Way Church of Atlas Road. While at Bible Way Church of Atlas Road, Apostle Moody begin to exemplify the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18). She focused on a foundation of discipleship, fellowship, evangelism and outreach ministry. Her servant leadership extended beyond the church walls as God led her to birth “Soul Sister’s Tribe”. This ministry took Apostle Moody to women in the streets and shelters. Then was ordained as a minister under the Power of God Outreach Ministry. Apostle Moody, used her love for children to provide quality care and her love for people to begin applying biblical truth with God’s help. She was an administrator for the Power of God Outreach Ministry organization.

During her outreach and community involvement, Apostle Moody is involved in several community outreaches, volunteer organizations, programs for the youth and women. Apostle Moody’s approach in ministry has been to challenge other ministries to operate in the principles of Christian integrity. As of today, Apostle Moody continues to express enthusiasm about the work of the Lord and what he has in store. Apostle Moody's early ministry experiences have led to several Soul Sister’s Tribe Women’s’ Conferences. This Ministry became the umbrella for the now Divine Intervention Outreach Ministry. Throughout her journey she has had the honor of establishing conferences to restore domestic violence victims, strengthen broken women, mend broken homes, and minister to hurting leaders.
